189 historical ceramics returned to Xiamen

The inaugural Asia Forum on the Folk Collection of Ancient Ceramics wrapped up last week in Longchi, China. The Asia Forum drew more than 120 ceramic scholars and collectors from over a dozen countries.
Officials announced during the event that 189 Batu Hitam ceramics recently returned to the Xiamen Anne Corporation. The cultural artifacts were uncovered from a shipwreck dating back more than a millennium.
The Batu Hitam ceramics will eventually be housed in a local museum and research institute.
