Xiahe Road drainage upgrade near completion

Renovations will wrap up by the end of the month at Lian Fu Mansion, where work is underway on a rainwater pipeline renovation along Xiahe Road.
When complete, the overhaul will improve drainage in the area and minimize the risk of waterlogged roadways in the event of sudden or sustained downpours.
