China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Launches

A trio of annual competitions designed to foster innovation launched last week -- the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Xiamen divisions of the Creator China Competition and the Egret Star Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

 

Aspiring participants in the enterprise group can register for the China Entrepreneurship Competition via the www.cxcyds.com through June 15. Potential teams wishing to join the Egret Star Competition can do so online at the www.blzxds.com through June 30.

 

The city of Xiamen will underwrite 7.9 million yuan in award money for winning companies and teams. The China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is China's highest-level innovation and entrepreneurship competition.

The Xiamen-Baltimore sister-cities exchange program was scheduled from July 25th to July 28th. Five middle school students from Xiamen, including myself, introduced Xiamen and Chinese culture to the exchange students from Baltimore high schools.
