Local authorities recently announced that Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Company reported total sales of approximately six billion yuan, up year-on-year by 6.4 percent.

 
Companies that notched solid growth included the Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Company, which holds 21.3 percent share of the global electromechanical relay market. Xiamen King Long announced sales of more than 13,500 buses in the period, up 21.2 percent year-on-year.

 
Xiamen Port authorities noted that the entity's the sea-rail transport container business surpassed 40,000 TEU, reflecting a 16.5 percent year-on-year growth through April.

 
In related news, Fuzhou and Xiamen customs officials issued a total of 118,500 certificates of origin in the year through April, amounting to a total value of 49.7 billion yuan.
