The China Institute of Private Sector and the Beijing Shangqi Digital Technology Company recently released a report on China's private economy industrial clusters.

The report highlights this year's top 100 industrial clusters in China, with six from Fujian making the list. The Xiamen Electronic Information Industry Cluster ranked 18th overall.

The local cluster focuses on the development of flat panel displays, computer and communication equipment and semiconductors and integrated circuits.

Other areas of emphasis include software and information services in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, blockchain, the metaverse and industry-specific application software.
