The One City Economic Consulting Center released during its recent China Wealth Summit a ranking of districts and counties in China based on its assessment of local development conditions.

Haicang, Huli and Siming all earned top-100 rankings.

The listed included three sets of 100 listees, with categories for municipal districts directly under the central government and sub-provincial cities, for districts of prefecture-level cities and for counties.
