In January through August this year, 111 in-progress provincial key projects of Xiamen registered a planned investment of 42.06 billion yuan and a paid-in investment of 57.33 billion yuan, exceeding the former by 15.27 billion yuan. This accounts for 89.9% of the annual planned investment and topped the province regarding the investment completion rate.

During this period, provincial key projects have completed an investment of 24.21 billion yuan, exceeding the planned quota for the same period by 5.87 billion yuan and accounting for 87.9% of the year-round plan. Provincial key infrastructure projects have completed an investment of 28.51 billion yuan, exceeding the planned quota for the same period by 8.64 billion yuan and accounting for 93.4% of the year-round plan.

From January through August, provincial key social undertaking projects have completed an investment of 4.61 billion yuan, exceeding the planned quota for the same period by 760 million yuan and accounting for 80.7% of the year-round plan.
