The Xiamen Subway Investment Group announced recently the approval of land and planning permits for plots C and D of the southern extension section of the subway system's Line Three in Shapowei.

The TOD (transit-oriented evelopment) project covers a total construction area of 14,00 square meters and an investment of about 250 million yuan. The project will include commercial facilities, hotels and office space.
