Tianma Microelectronics launched the Tianma Genesis OLED technology brand in Xiamen recently. Company officials said that the high-end product features eye protection, clarity and a high refresh rate, adding that the technology is destined for flagship smartphone screens.

The Genesis is built by Xiamen Tianma Display Technology, which utilizes a sixth-generation flexible Amoled production line in the Xiamen Torch Hi-tech Industrial Zone. Covering more than 200 acres, the factory boasts China’s largest single-unit and one of the world’s most advanced flexible Amoled facilities, with a designed capacity of 48,000 flexible display substrates per month.
