Local transit officials last week provided an update on the construction of Haicang Aoguan Avenue, which is officially a key livelihood project for both Xiamen and Fujian. 

 

Construction is currently underway on the control engineering section of the Aoguan Grand Bridge. Work continues on main beam scaffolding and superstructure construction. Haicang Aoguan Avenue is slated to open next year, connecting Maluan Bay New Town and Haicang Bay New Town.
