The 21-year-old Chinese player Lin Wei recently confirmed his participation in this year's NBA draft. Mr. Lin plans to go to the United States to train next month. 

Mr. Lin was born in Jimei and currently plays for the CBA Nanjing Tongxi Club. The last time a Chinese player made an NBA team via the draft came in 2016.
