The Xiamen Disabled Persons' Federation joined recently with Xiamen's health commission, finance bureau and civil affairs bureau to announce a newly-enacted suite of measures to help local disabled children with rehabilitation and ongoing assistance. 

 

Disabled children in the city can apply for rehabilitation service subsidies of up to 2,000 yuan per person per month for the next five years.
