Gaoqi International Airport transited more than four million inbound and outbound passengers last year, up 48 percent year-on-year and surpassing 2019, according to exit-entry border inspection officials.

The airport processed last year a total of 28,000 inbound and outbound flights, up nearly 45 percent year-on-year. The number of foreign passengers reached almost one million, up year-on-year by approximately 103 percent.
