In the first three quarters of the year, provincial key projects based in Xiamen completed 98.4 percent of their annual planned investment.

From January through September, 62.72 billion yuan had been invested on 111 provincial key projects in Xiamen, 16.12 billion yuan more than the planned amount.

It marked 98.4 percent completion of the annual planned investment, 23.4 percentage points higher than the planned rate of progress.

The investment completion rate ranked first in the province. In terms of industry, 27.01 billion yuan had been invested in industrial projects, 30.73 billion yuan in infrastructure projects and 4.98 billion yuan in social programs.
