A Boeing 747-400ERF operated by American Sky Lease Cargo landed at Xiamen Gaoqi Airport on the morning of October 19, marking the official opening of the scheduled freight line from Xiamen to Los Angeles.

This line is to be implemented until December 31 next year, with a total of 300 round-trip flights.

The opening of it makes up for the gap of non-stop freight flights from Xiamen to Los Angeles, promoting the increasing demand for cargo throughput of Xiamen Airport and helping to build a first-class hub airport in China.
