Xiamen ranked 3rd place in public service quality satisfaction nationwide

According to the national public service quality monitoring results in 2019 announced by the State Administration for Market Regulation recently, Xiamen scored 87.38 (hundred-mark system), ranking third out of the 160 cities monitored in China.


It is for the first time that Xiamen enters the highest "satisfaction" range (80-100 points) in terms of overall satisfaction with public service quality. As an important index to evaluate the level of public service, the public service quality is related to the improvement of people's livelihood and the optimization of business environment.


In addition to the third-highest total score nationwide, all fields within the monitoring scope of Xiamen have reached the "satisfaction" range in 2019.


Among them, the satisfaction of medical service (90.30), public employment (90.15) and public education (88.52) are the highest in the country.
