The Xiamen Shipbuilding Industry Company joined with Siem Car Carriers last week to launch officially a pair of new PCTC (pure car and truck carrier) ships.

Each of the 200-meter long shipping vessels include 13 decks and can accommodate up to 7,500 vehicles.

The LNG-powered ships were christened the Siem Aristotle and the Siem Confucius during the launch event.
