Xiamen remains a popular destination in this National Day holiday, during which strong tourism recovery has been seen.

The city attracted 2.7149 million tourists during the 8-day holiday, recovering 92.93% from the same caliber year-on-year; tourism revenue reached 3.573 billion yuan, a year-on-year recovery of 96.96% from the same caliber.

The two indicators were higher than the average level of the whole province.

According to the 2020 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival Travel Forecast Report released by Ctrip, Xiamen is among the top 10 hottest destinations for both self-guided tour and group tour, and Kulangsu ranks sixth in the popular tourist spots for couples.

The latest data from Amap also reveals that Xiamen is one of the top 10 destinations in China during this double holiday.
