The Memorial Hall for the Revolutionary History of the Communist Party of China in Sanming, East China's Fujian province, covers an area of nearly 3,000 square meters. It is the only exhibition venue that systematically demonstrates the revolutionary history of Sanming.

The major exhibition hall stretches about 1,500 sq m and displays more than 230 revolutionary cultural relics and over 500 historical photos. It was launched in November 2019 and has received a total of 15 million yuan ($2.33 million) in investment.

The memorial hall is an important patriotism and national defense education center, allowing locals to learn more about the city's revolutionary history.

It will also serve as an academic research platform with its abundant historical documents, articles, and photos.

In addition, it will play an active role in promoting the city's red tourism, and will offer guidelines on cultivating and practicing core socialist values.
