Xiamen to standardize English names for local dishes

City officials are releasing a series of standardized translations for local landmarks, streets and cultural attraction in association with the Xiamen Translators' Association.
 
Official translations for local culinary treats are expected by the end of the year.

Young reporters attend ocean-themed open house in Xiamen

A group of young reporters from xmnn.cn news portal of Xiamen, Fujian province, visited the Xiamen Science and Technology Museum on the afternoon of November 4th when the museum was holding an ocean-themed open house.

Three marvelous days of sister-cities exchange trip in Xiamen

The Xiamen-Baltimore sister-cities exchange program was scheduled from July 25th to July 28th. Five middle school students from Xiamen, including myself, introduced Xiamen and Chinese culture to the exchange students from Baltimore high schools.
