丽丽:谢谢,不了,我跟朋友约了一起去健身房。

Lili: I can't, thanks. I have an appointment to go to the gym with my friends.

Mike: It seems you often go to the gym these days. Are you a member?

Lili: Actually I am trying to lose weight these days.

 

麦克:难怪呢,你看上去越来越苗条了。

Mike: No wonder. You look much slimmer than before.

 

丽丽:我每周都坚持练习瑜珈和健美操。  

lì li: wǒ měi zhōu dōu jiān chí liàn xí yú jiā hé jiàn měi cāo.

Lili: I practice yoga and do aerobic exercises every week.

 

麦克:如果想锻炼腿部,我推荐你使用跑步机。  

mài kè: rú guǒ xiǎng duàn liàn tuǐ bù, wǒ tuī jiàn nǐ shǐ yòng pǎo bù jī.

Mike: If you want to tone up your legs, I recommend using the treadmill.

麦克:最好从慢速开始,每十五分钟就喝一次水。

Mike: You'd better start with a low speed. Drink water every 15 minutes.

 

丽丽:看来这方面你很在行啊。除了健身,我还在节食。

Lili: Apparently you are expert! Besides exercising, I am going on a diet.

 

麦克:告诉我你现在每天都吃些什么?

Mike: Tell me what you eat everyday now.

 

丽丽:吃些清淡的食物,尽量多吃蔬菜和水果。  

lì li: chī xiē qīng dàn de shí wù, jǐn liàng duō chī shū cài hé shuǐ guǒ.

Lili: I prefer some light foods like vegetables and fruits.

 

麦克:生活还应当规律,要早睡早起,不要熬夜。  

mài kè: shēng huó hái yīng dāng guī lǜ, yào zǎo shuì zǎo qǐ, bú yào áo yè.

Mike: You should live a regular life, too. Go to bed early and get up early. Don't stay up late.

 

丽丽:谢谢你的提醒,但愿我能坚持下去。

lì li: xiè xie nǐ de tí xǐng. dàn yuàn wǒ néng jiān chí xià qu.
