Haixiang Avenue greenery project wraps up

Work wrapped up recently on a major landscaping project for the Xiang'an stretch of Haixiang Avenue, the main traffic artery connecting Haicang and Jimei with the mainland districts of Tong'an and Xiang'an.
The greenery project includes a 30-meter landscape setback for the thoroughfare from Xiang'an Qiongtou in the west up to County Highway 411 in the east.
The 12-kilometer project includes bicycle lanes, pedestrian squares and public bathroom facilities.
