Xiamen firm debuts suitcase robot

The Xiamen Jefferson Technology recently displayed what it bills as a suitcase robot that it hopes will soon enter commercial production.
The high-tech suitcase includes an array of implanted sensors connected to the internet. The suitcase can update the owner on its current location, reducing the risk of lost luggage.
The company expects to sell the suitcase by the end of the year.
