Calligraphy exhibition marks 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up


To mark the 40th anniversary of China's implementation of reform and opening up policy, the 2nd Fujian Award-winning Calligraphy Exhibition was unveiled at the Cultural Center of Xiamen Tong'an, and will last until July 15.


The exhibition is jointly organized by the Fujian Calligraphers Association and the Xiamen Federation of Literary Art Circles.


More than 100 artworks created by over 60 renowned calligraphers will be on display during the exhibition.


According to the organizing committee, the calligraphy exhibition aims to demonstrate the artistic achievements made by Fujianese contemporary calligraphers as well as promote the development of the calligraphy industry in Tong'an District.
